Happy Family Day!

Happy Family day!

I am home with my munchkins. Which is obviously important to me because if I’d gone to work, I hear I would’ve been paid time-and-a-half. Their daycare is closed anyway though so one of us had to stay home. Right now we’re just chilling out after having dropped Paul off @ work.

I’m feeling better than I was Sat evening and Sun morning. Still nauseous but not as bad. Still wondering what I am sick with, if anything? Overall my health is better than it was last week at least.

Deciding what to do today – asked Avery if he wanted to go swimming this afternoon with Stella and of course he said “yes!”. Harmony is not as keen on swimming but would like to go to Midway. Knowing me, I’ll probably try to accommodate both. But I’d also been thinking I might try to bring the kids to see my grandmas. so yah, a lot to try to squeeze into one day!

week 3 of Photoshop/siggies

I didn’t do too much in my “3rd week of Photoshop CS3″ since it’s been pretty busy (especially Thurs & Fri night) and I haven’t been feeling well either

But I did do a few blinkies:

Valentine’s Day

So Valentine’s this year was really nice. We just did stuff at home, which was fine with me!

I made some yummy chicken nachos, and Avery helped me make some chocolate cupcakes. I just iced them up quick before dinner and we did the decorating at the table when it was time for dessert. We just went with a few little gifts since we wanted a simple Valentine’s Day this year. I picked up a few little candies for Paul and the kids, and Paul and I ended up getting each other the same Toblerone rose! lol I got Avery a little Thomas train that will go along the floor if you pull it back, and got Harmony some fuzzy pink mitts. I got Paul a few little things like a Timmy’s card (for our much loved coffee dates), some really funny boxer shorts, and of course a little handmade card (with a bunny on it, hence the writing on the back that said “somebunny loves you”). I know, I know, I’m really cheesy.
