Breastfeeding blinkies

I made some new Breastfeeding blinkies this week, they are for month-by-month milestones during baby’s 4th year (I’ve already done years 1-3). One of my YM friends requested them as her son just turned 3!! I think it’s amazing and inspiring she is still nursing.

Here is one of the blinkies, and you can find the rest of them on a new “Page 3″ of my Breastfeeding Blinkies section of BlinkieMommies.

I was thinking of doing some Extended Nursing blinkies next, or maybe some Toddler Nursing blinkies. Oh and my cousin has suggested I do the Nursing Award Ribbons in my “cutesy” style so that’s a challenge I might take on as well!

snow / Photoshop

Ew. It’s snowing. And the snow from last night stuck around. The kids are in boots this morning ::cry::

On a happier note, I installed Photoshop on my laptop, yay! Now I can muck around with photos and blinkies and what not from here, since I rarely make the trek down to my desk top computer in the basement office.

Which one do you like better? <--- not that this opinion will in any way help to resolve a spousal difference of opinions.

Hopefully I can keep my creativity jump-started and get back to work on all of my projects, some of which might end up being a viable career path for me as something to do from home. The "new" special secret website (the .com I bought this summer) needs lots and lots of work.

every october, we light candles and i also like to look through the angel scrapbook i made

i’ve also chosen this month to make a donation to the march of dimes foundation

i am blessed to have my 2 earth angels, but i will always remember my 3 angel babies who couldn’t stay here with us for very long. i was ready to be your mommy and watch you grow, and you’ll always be in my heart. i love you.

I’d rather be forced to be in a 24hr dance-a-thon

If you need me, I’ll be in bed all day. Recovering from a stupid bone scan that had better reveal some clue as to what will fix me or else I’ll’ve wasted 45 mins lying super still on an uncomfortable slab for nothing.

I even packed myself a lunch. I can hardly walk, can barely move, stairs are agony. If you’re looking for the pity party, it’s here, sorry.

If any of those people who were like, “Wow, car crash and now you get to stay home and do nothing all day?” were here, I would stab them in the eye so they could feel as much pain as I do right now.
