house inspection pics
Wow, busy day! Ironically, I think what my body needs after the whole house inspection process is a long hot soak in a big bathtub… like the one in the new house that I’ve been just *aching* to try. Good thing it’s finally almost time (I’m almost out of patience)! 
Wanted to make sure to get pics up, I know our friends have been doing the waiting right along with us 
lol
And so, I happily introduce you to our Dream Home…
A look at the completed house, all colours done.
Of course the first thing I wanted to see when we went inside was the kitchen backsplash!!
Looks like thinking outside the box and doing a little mixing of the available tiles was worth the experiment!

When you come to visit, you will get a warm welcome in the front hall with this warm brown ceramic tile…
Any mom who does tons of laundry will understand why I heard music when opening the linen cupboard! 
The kitchen pantry was also a top selling feature of this model.
I’m glad I brought some paint swatches, ’cause I think I may already have a wall colour for the kids’ bathroom, what do you think of Siesta Sky (top one)?
And out back, we can still see those same trees we saw on our empty lot (see pic from last September)! Our “edge of nowhere” will become a bustling neighbourhood before long though…
